I use the same stock for my pen and ink illustrations as I do for my watercolor paintings.
Which offers me the opportunity to change from one meduim to another.
In my pen and ink drawings, I take advange of the paper's texture as I drag my pen across the ridges
to gain unique details. The paper is an off-white color from the start usually a 10" x 7" cold pressed block. |
